When I was there I dropped by the FAILE studios and had a chat (it was part of a University trip).
Their work and work ethic was truely inspiring, and for their latest piece of work (creating church ruins in Lisbon) they've truely outdone themselves.
Considering this was one the of the best live shows I've ever seen (especially considering it was mid-afternoon at a festival). I'm VERY excited about the immanent arrival of this mini-documentary about the event....
So, I went to Lovebox on Sunday, and along with seeing...
(that would be Peaches' naked, transexual backing dancer - her show was actually one of the most life affirming and inspirational experiences I've had in ages)
AND...
(motherfuckin' GRACE JONES!)
This short film, entitled 'Love and Theft' was shown on the big screens just before Peaches.
Thank you to everyone that made this come together. It's been insane!
Hope you like it!

So, I saw this promo about a month ago, and I fell in love, but then forgot about it, and couldn't find it anywhere (due to forgetting the name of the song, artist, and director) BUT now I've found it again, I'm posting it on my Blog so I don't loose it again.
For a geeky bonus - this was all shot on a Canon 7D. The grain and dust effects were added with After Effects - SWEEEEEEEET!
