Joseph Mann
Is working away on something special at Clapham Road Studios at the moment. He sent me this earlier today - a flashback to his awesome work on the strata-cut section of the Skream music video earlier this year (note the BIG bags under Joseph's eyes, and this was only about 10 days into his month-long work marathon on the project). A true talent and trooper...

RIP Leslie Neilson
Can't quite believe you've gone.
Your films filled my early adolescence with such joy, and they've continued to entertain me, and will continue to do so for years to come.
Also, that sketch in Naked Gun where you get into giant condoms... that was my first sex education lesson. Cheers!
Miss you!

NFTS Interview
Last week I went to the NFTS to be interviewed for their student magazine show "The Loft".
Here's the result.
NB - The "Exhibition" was the Barebones exhibition on Rivington street. It was in no way a solo show. I was a small part of a much bigger thing there.

Camera Obscura Doorknob
(from spoon-tamago.com )
In conjunction with Design Tide Tokyo, architect Hideyuki Nakayama – a protégé of Toyo Ito – has teamed up with UNION, a manufacturer of door handles and levers, to create a glass globe doorknob. As you approach the doorknob you catch a glimpse of what appears to be another world, waiting for you to enter and join, but in fact is a reflection of the room on the other side of the door.
Thanks to Toby Howell for this

Pop
Pop music would be regarded as a legitimate artform in its own right if it was all upto the standard of Robyn.
In a class of her own...
(sorry about the tinny quality)
Chills Of Excitement
I get REALLY excited when every so often I find things like this stored in cupboards around Blink (the production company I'm with).
Makes me feel like the most fortunate guy alive to be in this industry.

Jimmy Patrick
Jimmy Patrick, a final year student at Camberwell College of Art, just asked me if I could help him with his dissertation.
However, instead of a blank email. He sent me this...

Baby Baby
Despite not hearing this Corona classic in years, it came to me in a dream last night.
Divine intervention? I think so...
